Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement with READKIDZ, all sales and transactions made through our platform are considered final, and we do not offer refunds for any reason.

2. Package Services

For package-based services, if the package is completely unused, you can choose a refund within 24 hours. If any part of the package has been consumed or if it expires (excluding official bonus services such as gift quotas, value-added services, etc., provided at the time of purchase), ReadKidz will not offer a refund.

3. Book Printing Services

3.1 Personalized Product Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our book printing services being personalized products manufactured according to your specifications, we generally do not accept cancellation or refund requests.
You may only cancel your order and request a refund under the special circumstances specified in Section 3.2.

3.2 Order Cancellation Rights Restrictions

You may only cancel your order under the following circumstances:

(a) Delivery Delay If we fail to deliver your order within 40 days from the date you placed your order;
(b) Product Defects For defective products, you should apply for cancellation as soon as possible after discovering the fault or defect (but you shall be deemed to have inspected the product as soon as possible after delivery, and in any case no later than 14 days after receiving the product).

Refund Liability If an order is cancelled under the conditions of (a) or (b) above, we will be responsible for refunding all amounts related to that order (including initial shipping and redelivery costs, if any).

Cancellation Request Method Notice of cancellation intent must be submitted through the following methods:

  • Submit an application through the website's online customer service system

Special Note on Personalized Products For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these terms grants you any right of cancellation for products other than defective or flawed products, as our book printing services are by their nature personalized products manufactured according to your specifications.

Return Requirements You must return all products in their original packaging (for which purpose you should retain the original packaging).

Statutory Rights Protection Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under applicable law.

3.3 Product Quality Assurance

Print Quality Issues

  • If the received book has obvious printing defects, binding problems, or damage, users may contact customer service within 14 days of receipt to request reprinting or a refund
  • Including but not limited to: missing pages, blurry printing, binding errors, severe color differences, etc.

Content Errors

  • If the printed content does not match the user's created content due to platform technical issues, READKIDZ will provide free reprinting or a full refund
  • Users need to provide original created content as comparative evidence

Shipping Damage

  • If the book is damaged during shipping, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos of the damage
  • We will arrange for reshipment or provide a refund
  • If packaging damage is found upon receipt, please refuse delivery on the spot or note the damage

3.4 Delivery and Acceptance

Inspection Obligation

  • Users must immediately inspect the product upon receipt for defects or non-conforming conditions
  • Users shall be deemed to have inspected the product as soon as possible after delivery, and in any case no later than 14 days after receiving the product

Receipt Confirmation

  • If no damage is noted upon receipt, the product is deemed to be accepted in good condition
  • Any unacknowledged but accepted packages are deemed to have been received in good condition

Consequences of Refusal

  • If returned due to incorrect address or unjustified refusal, users shall bear the return costs
  • Users must be available to receive goods on the agreed delivery date

Redelivery

  • Courier companies will attempt delivery a maximum of 2 times, after which packages will be returned to us, with related costs borne by the user
  • If users incorrectly fail to receive orders, we have no obligation to refund the payment

3.5 Refund Application Process

Application Methods

  1. Send an email to help@readkidz.com with detailed explanation of the refund reason
  2. Submit an application through the website's online customer service system

Required Information

  • Order number
  • Detailed problem description
  • Relevant photo or video evidence (if applicable)
  • Contact information

Processing Timeline

  • We will respond within 3 business days of receiving the application
  • Applications meeting refund conditions will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment account

3.6 Liability Limitations

Color Variations

  • Due to monitor setting differences, actual print colors may differ slightly from screen display
  • We strive to ensure color accuracy but cannot guarantee complete consistency; minor color differences do not constitute grounds for refund

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery times are estimates only and do not constitute contractual obligations
  • We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within specified times but do not accept liability for losses caused by delivery delays
  • Any delivery times or dates are estimates only

Compensation Limits

  • Our liability to you for losses suffered due to breach of this contract is strictly limited to the net purchase price of the products you purchased (excluding taxes and shipping)
  • We do not accept liability for any indirect losses, loss of profits, data loss, or consequential damages

3.7 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to fulfill orders due to the following reasons:

  • Natural disasters, government actions, changes in laws and regulations, and other force majeure factors
  • Supplier strikes, industrial action, equipment failures, power outages, and other events beyond our reasonable control
  • Public health events such as pandemics
  • Any events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

3.8 Dispute Resolution

Negotiated Resolution

  • If you disagree with a refund decision, users may communicate further through customer service channels
  • We are committed to handling all disputes in good faith

Applicable Law

  • This refund policy is governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction
  • In case of disputes, parties should resolve them through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they may be resolved through appropriate legal channels

Terms Updates

  • We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time
  • Important changes will be notified to users through website announcements or email
  • Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms

Important Notice: Nothing in this refund policy affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

4. Steps to Cancel Auto-Renewal

  1. Log in to (https://www.readkidz.com/).
  2. Click "Account Center" (top-left corner) to access your dashboard.
  3. Click "Settings" in your dashboard to enter Settings Center.
  4. Under Settings Center,locate"Subscription Management" and click the adjacent "Manage" button to cancel subscription.
  5. Upon successful cancellation:
    ➤Your benefits remain active until the current billing cycle ends
    ➤No automatic payment will be initiated for the next cycle
  6. After the current billing cycle expires:
    ➤Your subscription benefits will be revoked
    ➤Your account will revert to the "Free" tier

5. Change of Mind

READKIDZ does not provide refunds for a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the services provided.

6. Exceptions

  • (A) Enterprise Accounts: Users with enterprise-level accounts should contact their designated account manager via email, who will process the refund request and provide further guidance.
  • (B) Legal Requirement: READKIDZ will comply with any legal requirements or regulations that mandate refunds.
  • (C) Fraudulent Transactions: READKIDZ reserves the right to investigate and, at its discretion, refund payments suspected of being due to fraudulent activity.
